The Iraq Campaign Medal is required to be worn with at least 1 star regardless of the number of tours in country. Stars have NOTHING to do with the number of times you were in Iraq. The Armed Forces Reserve Medal MUST be worn with a device. You either have earned the medal for a minimum of 10 years in the reserves and therefor must have an hourglass device OR you earned the medal because you were mobilized to active duty and therefor must have a mobilization "M" on the medal and/or ribbon. Please choose one or the other OR both if you have more than 10 years and you were mobilized. If you were mobilized more than once you rate a bronze numeral to indicate the number of times.
